I am about to start ranked soon, and I don't want to get into bronze like I see lots of other people do, and then get stuck. Also, I want to climb out of silver. Can mastering these champs get me out of low elo?

coeurloyal2 votesQuite frankly, the champ you pick doesn't really matter until you get into Plat. If you're good with the champs you pick, they'll carry you all the way there without regard for meta. Anything up to that point is all about game knowledge and understanding how to win (with some degree of mechanics).

In low low bronze, Ivern might not be that great. But at upper end of bronze, people will actually teamfight and such, so it could work. Rammus was in a rough spot vs lethality imo, but now it might be ok. But Black Cleaver is still a thing.
