If they are going to nerf riven....

Leblanc has a much higher skill cap than Riven does, and frankly neither of them are overpowered. You just need to know how to play against them. Malzahar counters LeBlanc and Renekton counters Riven, but you don't have to be playing a hard counter to win lane.
