Can they nerf LB too. like at least riven has a nice skill cap.

Leblanc has a much higher skill cap than Riven does, and frankly neither of them are overpowered. You just need to know how to play against them. Malzahar counters LeBlanc and Renekton counters Riven, but you don't have to be playing a hard counter to win lane.

Well, she's definitely harder to get used to. How I explained it before is like this: LeBlanc is easy to be good with, but difficult to master. Riven is a bit tougher to be good with, but has a lower overall skill cap than LeBlanc.
