why do i always get couterd in blind matches
past 2 days been nothing but hard counters

My guess would be because you haven't spent enough time learning counter matches.
maybe you happen to be picking champions that get countered by flavor of the month champions and people are spamming those champions because they think that'll magically make them win. there's no way for us to know unless we know what champions you are playing.
You can practice playing against hard counters :D
just practice, yes every champ has a counter but that doesn't mean you can't out play them :p
