"Fair" punishment

Get 35 ranked restricted games. Wrote to support, because I want to know what I did wrong. 2 week gone and there is still nothing useful: "We checked, you were toxic and punishment is ok" or "Our behaviour team is working on your case".

10% of games I have afk, 25% of games teammates refuse to communicate and afk farming or splitpushing. I'm not talking about skills and toxicity there! So image what I feel when i'm target of ALL this toxicity and this guys are free, while I'm in a jail. It's very nice experience, thanks!

I'm active boards and forums member, was captain of many rankeds team (and organizing teams with skype, mails etc). And what I deserved? Cold pinishment without answers.

you afk 1 in 10 games and you were a captain of what........? i cant imagine anyone wanna play serious with someone who afk 1 out of 10 games. And just because you post stuff on a forum dont give you a free ticket to be an ass in a game.

Happened to me also, same crap. They give you a pre-written response because Riot could careless. I even got a chat restriction when I had said NOTHING in any game with a new account I had created. Created a support ticket even telling them to show me proof I had said ANYTHING in chat. Got same response you did.

I think Riot int. lets trolls or bad players report anyone verbal and if Riot sees you spend money they intentionally dish our unfair punishments so you will spend more money creating another account.
