that sounds like a diservice to everyone in ranked and besides, you have to wait two weeks before any friend can send you a gift.

they removed the 2 week rule, and urgot 36.74% win rate means nothing.

just because i said their instead of there? whoops my bad, not that my argument has to do anything with my spelling.

It actually does, because without at least decent grammar, you look like a fool. The fact that you even know that you made the mistake proves how much of a fool you really are. if you're trying to tell everyone here that you're an idiot, keep it up, you're doing a great job already.

If you really think that way, good luck ever finding a job at any place other than McDonald's. Once you grow up a little, you may understand what I'm talking about.

"Grammar is the logic of speech, even as logic is the grammar of reason." ~Richard C. Trench

If you knew anything about validity you would know that without proper logic, true validity would be impossible.

the point i was making is that their is all kinds of knowledge, for example a farmer, that farmer can have extensive knowledge on how produce a yield of crops and be quite successful in life, but may not know how to read for what ever reason, does that mean hes incapable of being logical? of course not. i'm not saying grammar doesn't correlate with knowledge and reason, i'm saying that its foolish to think that your incapable of being logical because of your common grammatical mistakes.

League of Potato1 votes

Except for the fact that they aren't common grammatical errors if you know that you should be using the correct grammar...let alone you specifically pointed out what mistakes you made. So it's not the fact that you are just simply uneducated, you just want to be regarded as a fool by everyone else. That is what you do not understand. Only a fool would put themselves in the position to be ridiculed when just using proper grammar would solve the entire issue at hand.

for example a farmer, that farmer can have extensive knowledge on how produce a yield of crops and be quite successful in life, but may not know how to read for what ever reason, does that mean hes incapable of being logical?

What does this have to do with anything? I don't think you know much about actual farmers. Just because you work out in a field doesn't make them less intelligent. Every farmer I've ever met actually is actually very smart, and let me tell you they can read, and write with damn near perfect grammar. I don't exactly know what you're trying to imply about farmers, but you are quite wrong.

i'm saying that its foolish to think that your incapable of being logical because of your common grammatical mistakes.

You are a fool for thinking that common grammatical mistakes are okay to make just because they are "common". Obviously if they are as common as you are implying, then you in fact should understand the correct use of each word. So you are using the wrong words on purpose whether it be because you are lazy, or you want the "freedom to type like an imbecile" or whatever the hell else. But the very fact that you know better proves you are a fool. Just because you associate yourself with different groups of people does not make it "logical" to make yourself sound like an idiot.

In the terms of literacy, yes. Logic is the act of validity, which is in turn, the quality of cogency, which means being clear and coherent. If he can not read, then in terms of literacy he cannot make his knowledge known through literature and thus cannot form a coherent point leading to him being illogical.

In layman's terms; Ifz uz tawlk leik diz, uz iz lewk doomb.

Gift me 10 random skins and I'll play whatever I want all the way to whatever I can get to, just like most people.

maybe but when your playing urgot you have to keep in mind it is nearly impossible to win.

League of Potato1 votes

Maybe if you're playing just to troll. If you actually understand his kit, you can win. I'd assume the reason his win rate is so low is because no one uses him, and when he does get used, it's by a troll pick more often than by someone who can actually use the champion.

even so, i've faced a serious urgot player who won the top lane + some kills, reguardless it was so easy to shut him down afterwards, he could absolutly nothing once i started cracking down on him to the point where it might as well of been 4.5v5 and despite the huge lead he had.

League of Potato1 votes

You can say that about any champion though. Once your team starts focusing their "hard hitters" in order to inevitably shut them down. All you really said was that you could shut him down via better teamwork than the other team's teamwork. That's really all it comes down to in the long run. I guarantee you I win most of my games from good ol'fashioned teamwork, rather than getting ridiculously carried.

EDIT: To add on to that last comment, or by using "meta" champion picks.

thing is, urgot was far from being a "hard hitter" and i did say he had quite the lead, be it any other champion and it would of been much harder to stop, additionally he could contribute nothing to his team other then his ult that he could rarely use w/o putting himself in a bad position and getting himself killed.

League of Potato1 votes

Either way it doesn't take a good KDR for every person in the game to win the game. It takes smart team plays. If he used his ult in a way to give his team an advantage, it's up to his team to take advantage of it. I think a big problem is not many people know how to use him, let alone what his kit actually can provide to a team( or how to play with him). I don't personally play him just because he's one of the few champions I don't own. But I have played with some really good urgot mains who can really use his kit effectively. As long as you can understand the basics of each champion's kit, you may be far better off in the long run, because you can better expect things to happen. If you have no idea how a champion works, playing with or against them will be quite difficult. That's why even if you don't necessarily like certain champions, it's a good idea to do a little research about each champion so you can understand what to do and what not to do when playing with/against any champion.

This argument also leads to yorick. People think of him as a troll pick, and rito doesn't even want to touch him because they know how broken he really is. Yorick is actually very very good when he's being used by someone who actually knows how to play him. But when he's played by someone who has no idea what they are doing, he's quite shit.
