I'd take Corki. Can play him as AD or AP. Viable pick at all ELOs. Good mobility, not hard to master, lots of fun. Interesting thing about Corki is that he actually does a lot of magic damage in addition to physical (which is why people usually take Sorc boots) so he can be a good pick if you're ADC and your team is too AD heavy.
Twitch or Corki. I personally like Twitch more.
