What's the deal with the sales?

Pool Party event.
Pool Party Graves is slotted to be put into a sale during June 2015.
1350 RP skins go on sale once every 2 weeks (once every 4 sales).

Instead, Riot in their infinite wisdom decided to put Dragonwing Corki on sale right in the middle of the Pool Party Event.

At this rate the sale that we 'earn' from the Pool Party event is just going to consist of the pool party skins that they had slotted to go on sale anyway.

So...what? What are you mad about? That instead of just one Pool Party Skin going on sale there is going to be all the Pool Party Skins as well as Dragonwing instead?

Oh, so you are upset that only Graves is on sale and not Leona, Ziggs, Renekton, Lee Sin? Well, at least they are available right now and not locked in the vault. :/
