I transferred to LAN because east coast ping problems and when I decided to buy $4 of RP there it charged my card $12.

Yes I purchase RP, gasp, I wish to know how I can purchase RP there without having to worry about losing triple what I want to buy.

I don't think this is intentional, submit a ticket to support? Also did you make sure to check if it was $ Usd and not other currency?
