Riot says they can't ban trolls since there is no way to know
I post a screen shot with some guy admitting to be trolling in champ select, and they delete it. rito, I'm only helping you to do your job easier, why you remove it and get mad with me?

The forums have a policy against naming-and-shaming players. If you want Riot to act on it, submit a support ticket instead.
I'm confused about when Riot said they can't ban trolls. They do ban trolls. I've seen it quite a few times, ranging from intentional feeders to players calling out teammates' positions to Trundle/Anivia blocks.
