Surprise riot the Xin buff is fucking op.
Everyone said wow this is going to be op dont do it! and yet they did it. I honestly don't even know if Riot knows whats best for their own game anymore.

It's not overpowered. Honestly now, how hard is it to ward and back off? Don't overextend and he won't come in and kill you. He needed this buff to stay relevant.
its becasue riot love three hit thins, and we had two OP AA based jungler ( 
) so they had the urge to add a third one
