@Riot, will you be making a Login Screen changer for the new client?

I've, as of yet, not been able to find a way to change the login screen for the new client. All of Riot's hard work on Champion themes and login screens have, as a result, been lost to time and hidden away on the LoL YouTube channel.

Would you guys ever create a screen changer for the client? Would you allow 3rd parties to make their own?

At least with the old client it was simply a case of renaming a few files and folders. Now all of the Login Screen assets seem to be compressed into a different folder/file.
