Yah but when someone says that, then about 5 seconds later afks for the rest of the game when hes level 3. You know he just had to leave.

Lag is real. It happens. But sometimes people lie. Sometimes they don't though.

You report them and let RIOT take care of it. A lag/DC is an AFK and if they lag to the point of being unable to play then you report and let RIOT take care of it. It is their fault because they joined que with an unstable system. Too many ignorant people can't get that through their empty melons.
