Did they change champion mastery growth?
I'm approaching the same amount of games on Jayce that I have on Rek'Sai and I'm about 52k pts off. This they change the values or did I just get more pts per game with Rek'Sai than I did with Jayce?

You are assuming you are getting the same number of points per a game...
It is based off performance. You either are better with Rek'Sai (thus getting higher scores and more points) or got better with her quicker (so more overall higher scores).
You have around the same amount of games, but do you have around the same number of wins on both champions? Losses grant very little champion mastery compared to wins.
