They haven't even officially released it to the PBE, so I don't think they will be answering any questions regarding it.

(Personal note -- I could definitely see this as an ultimate skin. They don't usually have 'skin teaser' type of things for ordinary skins, and a mid or top is up to get the next ultimate)

if the teaser was from an ultimate skin im disapointed because the skin its cool but its to poor to be an ultimate same whit the teasor so poor to be an ultimate like spirit guard udyr has a full history man this is jsut a train run in the midline

Mecha Zero Sion is a legendary skin. It has an 1820 RP price on the PBE.
