They haven't even officially released it to the PBE, so I don't think they will be answering any questions regarding it.

(Personal note -- I could definitely see this as an ultimate skin. They don't usually have 'skin teaser' type of things for ordinary skins, and a mid or top is up to get the next ultimate)

Riot have stated that the guy in in Ekko video is just a random guy. Also look at the rest of the Mecha skins, they look nothing alike. (i don't mean this in a harsh way in case it gets taken that way)

I don't think this was a teaser i think they just accidentally left it in the game files. same kind of thing hapenned with iron side Malphite.

They have teased legendary skins before (Dragon Trainer Trist, Final Boss Veigar, Project Yi, etc). It's looking to be legendary.

if the teaser was from an ultimate skin im disapointed because the skin its cool but its to poor to be an ultimate same whit the teasor so poor to be an ultimate like spirit guard udyr has a full history man this is jsut a train run in the midline
