Skarner and Shyvana should switch passives

I think this would benefit both champions. Skarner would have a clearly defined role as a tanky but immobile champ that offered great peel and had even tankier stats and Shyvana could quickly infiltrate areas and grab camps and crystals.

I am aware that Skarner's lore is based around crystals but there are plenty of goofy things in the game that don't make sense.
