I got called "broken AF" on AD Sion today. I've never thought of him as broken, thoughts?

I usually build Sion full tank ( for example, to help stick around in the middle of a fight and play utility to disrupt the enemy team), but in the interests of not getting kited away every time I have to use his passive, I used a more damage focused build ( ) tonight, and someone went off about how "AD Sion is broke as fuck".

It's honestly my first time building more than one damage-holding item on Sion, it simply never occured to me to build him for damage when he has so much teamfight disruption ability. Interested in tbhoughts on "AD Sion" from you all.

He has always had damage when it built it, the only thing is that he typically is higher valued as teamfight desruption with CDR or some such. I do typically build titanic as my "Damage" item though.

I remember the S1,S2 AD Sion. The most op champ riot has ever made. He would have like 125% LS with ult on and going around hitting for like 1k dmg w/ good AS so he was healing over 1k every hit. His E gave him high hp and oh ya he had a ranged stun.

Most champs that build those items are unkillable or just op. It's not just Sion.

Ah young one you see here your builds are both wrong You need an IBG after your sunfire and the other isnt vaible in this meta just stick to the insanely strong sunfire ibg grasp top lane build that any champ can run.
