People Gloat in 5v4....

If you're the 4:

Good luck winning the game, when it's your ADC the one who left the game.

If you're the 5:

Imagine five 18 years old bullying a small kid, who's about 7. Is this fair? Or just cruel? Now, imagine that in an actual 5v4 in-game lol.

Firstly, I'd like to say I in no way support gloating in a game where a team has an unfair advantage. Even gloating in a game that was fairly won is a little distasteful if you ask me. But at the same time I can kinda understand (at least the reasons why) where people are coming from when they gloat in a 5v4. We've all been on the team that loses a player (Or two... or three) to AFK or DC. It sucks. It sucks a lot. Probably one of the worst experiences you can have in League of Legends, and I'd argue right up there in the worst in any online game. There's gonna be people though that feel they can relieve the stress they've accumulated (from AFK's, trolls, misplays, etc) by "seizing the opportunity" when they're on the good end of an unfair advantage and making the losing end feel absolutely horrible about it. Unfortunately, there are just some people out there that deal with their own problems by causing problems for others.

I am quite glad that a lot of people don't gloat in unfair advantages though. The community is slowly getting better. Heck, in 2014 95% of the community was a positive force according to Riot. However, that means that odds are every 2nd game (excluding Twisted Treeline) we get a problem person on one team, which sucks. But we're getting there. Anyhow though, sorry for rambling on and on. I know my answer wasn't super-insightful, but I hope it at least let you know people have reasons for it, even though it's bad.

Because people enjoy a chance to gloat whereby which the magnitude of the gloating is indirectly proportional to the frequency of the number of times they've gotten the chance to do it.

They need their selfesteem boosted by anything that can...
