Why can't we re-order Rune & Mastery Pages?

Unless we completely re-make and re-name our Rune and Mastery Pages, they're all over the place.

I really prefer to have all of my pages sorted by role

#E.g. AD Carry -Non-Crit -Crit -TriForce Mid -Mage -Burst Mage/Assassin

etc.

The problem is, that as soon as I want to make a new Rune/Mastery Page everything goes to hell. This is why I propose simply allowing Rune and Mastery pages to be able to be re-ordered with a simple click-and-drag.
