Do team mates ever talk?

Ok, this is just ridiculous. Every time I lose a rank game it's due to my teams NEVER talking in general, I always be nice and say hello and get literally no reply what so ever, I ask the jungle "Hey man why are you going Vayne JG, I really do think we need a tank, because if you plan to play vayne I'll go tanky instead. And surprise surprise they don't answer me and completely ignore me, which is depressing. 95% of the time when my team ACTUALLY talks to me and we get to have a ACTUAL fun conversation, we win.
But now a days I keep getting team members that legit NEVER talk, never.

I'm honestly considering taking a break from league in a whole if this keeps happening, I know it's not completely Riots fault but I rather get matched with semi rude team mates then ones that NEVER talk or communicate with the team. It's basically a 4v5 and the game is already set unless you're a god carry.

I sound so salty, I'm sorry. But holy crap I wish my team mates actually talked more often. I'm sure others get annoyed as well.
