Automated Tribunal Chat Bans

So, I have been toxic in the past, I got some bans back when the tribunal was community run. I worked together and started to try and straighten myself up. I stopped playing as much solo que, started doing groups with friends, had a really enjoyable time. I went for a very long time without having to worry about any tribunal bans, in fact I received almost no reports. Then as soon as they implemented the auto ban system I immediately got a 40 game chat ban based on year old reports (I know this because I stopped playing for 6 months prior to this) I was immediately thrust into a world where I felt unjustly punished for past grievances that were rectified and not only that, the chat bans made me ANGRIER since I could not properly communicate with my team, which led to more losses, which led to greater frustration until I spiraled back down into being a toxic player. I would save up my chats to use and then explode on my team because I was so angry and being unable to play properly because of some terrible implementation of a system. So I quit for another 6 months, cooled my head, came back for a bit.

So far I have remained mostly calm, and the only people I take issue with are a small group of people that are toxic themselves, and I maintain a simple attitude towards them without being aggressive or toxic back. The problem? I played 50 games in a row, I got a single alert for report after a game, so 1/50 games reported. That's 2% of my games played. I didn't even say anything during the game, just someone was mad about my pick choice. What happened? Another instant chat ban. No reason for it. I am now stuck in a perpetual chat ban for not even speaking. NOT EVEN SPEAKING. This shows an inherent flaw in your tribunal system. You can't get out of it. There is no forgiveness and the requirements are insane. Plus it only breeds more frustration and toxic behavior since communication is everything. This kind of a system in such a highly competitive game online for free is, honestly pretty stupid. If anyone has had a similar experience where a single automatic chat ban has led to the inability to remove yourself from it because of false reports, please comment below.
