Why is 3-0 a failed surrender vote?
I don't complain that it takes 4 votes to ff, because I think it should. But 3-0 is 100% yes vote. If you don't vote, it shouldn't go against the team.

not voting counts as a no, so no.
if you have a disconnected player (as in a player no longer in the game) a 3 vote will work
If someone doesn't vote to surrender it's because they don't want to surrender. The system treats it as such.
Honestly, the way the system works makes no sense. If a player doesn't care enough either way to vote no on a surrender vote, but the majority of their team does care enough to vote yes, then it should be a surrender. A lot of times, I won't vote on a surrender vote until I see at least three people saying yes. I'd rather not go on playing a game that my team has given up on and has agreed to be a loss.
The people who are not voting are too busy playing to waste their time voting so they should be counted as 'yes' because they clearly still want to play!

"Against the team" can be defined as going against what's good for the team's odds of winning. With that logic, a Yes surrender vote goes against the team's chances of winning (however slim > 0%), which means that a failure to vote should be a No vote. Which is what it currently is.
