Am I the only person...

Getting tired of getting low priority q just because league of legends is lagging a lot more than often? Like it isn't my connection that's making me dc and unable to play unless u want me to go into lane and die and feed making my team mad and angry just so I don't get this low priority thing. Like is that the only solution here or??? Also yeah im pretty sure it was leagues end not mine because my phone was working perfectly and disconnected my phone from wifi and my game was still lagging I tried everything.
