League Feels Way Out of Whack Since Patch 7.7

Normally Riot does a good enough job of balancing the meta, but currently the game just feels like a clusterfuck of randomly op/weak mechanics/champions. There are the champions like Lucian, Ivern, etc that are just blatantly overpowered, then there's the champions like Diana, Aatrox, Alistar, etc that are just blatantly underpowered, then there's the champions like Orianna, Ekko, Warwick, etc that are super op in certain situations and worthless in others. Lethality is in a spot where its kind of strong but not strong enough to be worth investing more than one item slot for. Every ap mage pretty much builds one of two different meta builds. Same with ADC. There are still a bunch of outdated and/or cancerous kits in league like tryndamere's, aatrox's, olaf's, etc. This is the most awkward league has been since I started playing. There doesn't really seem to be a defineable meta. I see yasuo, riven, tryndamere doing well in the jungle, fiddlesticks doing well in mid lane, etc. There are just so many random things going on that I'm sure Riot never intended but happened anyways because they made too many changes too fast.
