Honor Meter is not filling
Whenever I get an honor I go to my profile but my lvl 2 badge meter is not filling up, I see no signs of honor progression. Is it a meter or do I need a certain number of honors?

Hello there. There is no meter for the honor system. The system, as Riot said, isn't based around xp. It is based around your behaviour in and out of the game. The other thing is that you can get only three lvls so will need to earn them with the course of the year. It isn't ment to be a fast proccess. You will need weeks and even months to lvl up to the next lvl which for most of us is lvl 3.

It's a season long progress, you shouldn't level up within the first week.
