you can see it coming, it takes 3 seconds to even start, and you see the fricken thing.... if you get caught in it you deserve it. Ekko has to plan out his actions 4 seconds ahead to even use it ult, his q is slow as can be you have to be bad for it to hit you twice, its not his kit that is the issue, its the tank items, its the same items that lets, Akali, fizz, karma, any other mage do the same thing,

Um, stun or not... that kid has so much in his kit he can go nearly anywhere and do nearly anything. Slows, stuns, dashes, shields, % damage, poke, more slows, a heal, an escape, a speed boost, MORE slows, and I'm pretty sure I saw an Ekko use Garen's ult on someone once.
He's pretty bananas. Missing the stun isn't a huge deal and it lets him zone hard by dropping it on himself or an objective and DARING you to come contest him for it. Even if it couldn't stun he'd still be really, REALLY strong.
