I thought inappropriate names weren't allowed
My name has been like this for a while, it's been front page of boards for a while now with riot comments, and I've played with/against rioters and not a thing has happened.
Pls don't take my name away.

They probably kept the terminology vague to allow themselves more leeway in determining what is inappropriate and as a standard ToS clause. Your name doesn't really seem offensive (more of a title or declaration) and isn't insulting any particular belief, so they probably won't really care unless your behaviour is offensive in games or on the forums.
So you don't want your name taken away, yet you are calling attention to it because... ?
only if people report you will you be forced to change it
