How long does it take for Riot to ban someone?

I had someone in my game last night who intentionally fed because they didn't get their role and got at least 4 reports for intentional feeding. How long does it take for Riot to ban someone like this? I want to know if their system actually works before I buy anymore RP.

Intentionally feeding is fine, but you'll probably get banned for complaining about it.

The number of reports per game does not matter. 1 report is the same as 4. It's reporting over time that matters ie number of games reported in versus number of games played.

He probably wont get banned if he did it only once. But dont threaten with RP...

I mean, I'm not gonna spend money on a game if they don't take care of it. I like buying mystery skins (It's the random chance thing that gets me). I used to play a game called Elsword and I stopped spending (and later, playing) because the people in charge didn't want to do anything about the people abusing glitches in the game. I'll probably still play League because it's fun but if the toxic community isn't dealt with professionally I probably won't keep it up. But, I'd rather see the problem fixed than just leave the game.

You can look at the forums to see that people are banned regularly, as there are always tons of QQ threads about it. You just have to keep it in mind that it it is very hard to ban intentional feeding and the like, as it's tricky to tell that apart from a bad player.

Riot punishes people all the time, you just never see it happen cause there are like 1 billion people in the queue at any given time. It's very rare that you will see the same person twice, much less the same troll.

Also, you will never fix toxic players. They are a force of nature on the internet and all you can do is prepare yourself ahead of time.

We could have a report option in queue for dodging. And that's the problem with this automated system. A tribunal with replay would be able to see the person in question (And Ashe in this case) running into the enemy team under turret and saying she was going to feed because we didn't give her adc.

If she said it, then it would be in the chat logs and the current systems will sort it out. People need to stop using the most egregious examples of trolling as a reason for Riot not doing their job.

You have to ask yourself "Am I ok with a system that lets a few bad apples through, to ensure that no innocent players are banned?"

Wasn't her exact words. Her exact words were "I get what I want when I want or you lose" which I don't think a system would pick up. Not to mention it needs to find specific phrases that would be easier to just have a human look for.

Your money is your thing. Nobody cares nobody wants to know. If you wanna purchase RP do it, if u dont wanna, dont. Just dont try that blackmailing shit. And whats this with glitches, first u had "intentional feeder" now "abusing glitches". And who was intentional feeding anyway, your last game, there was no troll or "intentional" feeder.

Hold up, I'm talking about a different game when I talk about glitches. I'm comparing how the companies handle it. Nobody I've had in League did that. And it wasn't my very last, it was an Ashe from the 4th (I think) last game. Sorry if I didn't make that clear for you.
