Could an Annie rework be possible? There's next to no counter-play against her, besides buying a qss or eating an orange, since she basically has a 1.5sec stun every 5 seconds; without a single skillshot in her kit. It's literally impossible for Annie to miss any of her burst (if she engages with tibbers), and is definitely one of the easiest/safest champs in league to play.

An Annie with a lead is basically a guaranteed win for that lane

Also, considering that you can make it to challenger just by playing her is kinda gross (just ask Annie bot, who is terrified of playing any other champ that requires the slightest amount of skill)

In my opinion, playing Annie doesn't take much skill. However, playing LEAGUE takes skill, and if you're good at league, you're capable of playing a pretty good Annie, without much of a learning curve (other than learning what to buy and when).

That's my rant for today. Disagree? Let me know and feel free to tear apart this argument

Annie has plenty of counter play, most people are to obnoxious to actually take advantage of it because they think their fav champs will out burst Annie.

Items that easily counter Annie. item 3102 Especially Banshee's. Rush this in lane and Annie can kiss her lead good bye. item 3001 item 3139 (FOr them AD Laners) item 3027 item 3116 All these items make you tanky and force Annieto spend more mana and more time lowering your HP down for burst.

Champions that counter Annie easily. Chogath Easily her best counter, silence, range, sustain and Tank, Annie simply cannot beat him in lane without ganks. Leblanc Mobiity and crazy assasin burst damage allowed her to bully Annie out of lane. Lux Harass and range, Annie can't do nothing Morgana Magic shield and can out push Annie in lane very easily Zed He pretty much beats everyone right now, he needs proper nerfs until Annie can fight him again, otherwise she used to beat him. Talon Mid game he'll burst Annie down to quickly. Fizz No hope what so ever. Swain Tank, Damage, sustain and CC, everything Annie hates.

Unconventional mid laners that beat Annie. Jax Gap closer and high burst damage and CC, All it takes is one opportunity and Annie is dead. Garen He can basically just run at you and burst you down with spin to win plus ult, He's just to tanky for Annie Zac All in gap closer + tank + burst. Yeah. Good luck with that Annie Malphite No hope what so ever. Nasus Mid game he'll be to tanky and have to much sustain that Annie won;t be able to chip away at his hp. Maokai No hope again. JarvanIV He's a nightmare.

Summoners spells that counter Annie. summoner 1 for obvious reasons. summoner 21 this WILL save your life early game, Barrier is very strong against Annie and can reduce a huge chunk of her burst early game.

So Annie has tons of counter play, as an Annie main if I face any of the above I know I am going to lose lane. Lux, Cho'gath, leblanc and Fizz really keep her down and out of the game especially, but with the right items and summoner spells Annie can be countered easily by anyone really.

True in a sense, but you will need to play a champion that can out poke her or play a tanky / bursty champion e.g. Chogath. summoner 1 does wonders too. Stun is only 1.5 secs at level 11. The least amount is still quite high though which is at 1.25 secs.

Its kinda funny but sometimes, you will get annies that can miss their tibbers, but they can initiate with her W i think. She is easy no doubt, all you have to do is last hit with Q. Like before, you need to poke her out or let her waste her mana on you. If she does do that, she will be vulnerable to being oom. She is also easy to get ganked. Make sure you get stunned first.

I doubt that playing annie will take you to challenger. If you can play at least 1k or more matches with any champions, you can get challenger easily, you just got to put the time into it, even though it might be difficult.

She might seem to take no skill, but she requires a little amount of skill. You need to make sure you can save your stun up or you gotta reset your stacks. Then you gotta make sure you don't screw up with your flash. Thats nearly all you need to worry about when playing as her. It would be good if she was part of the the MMYU but i think Riot will leave her alone or will do something later down the line.

when i play annie and i see adc- item 3156 + item 3139 + item 3053 + item 3102 mid if mage - item 3001 + item 3102 mid if ad - item 3156 + item 3139 + item 3053 + item 3102 supp - item 3190 + item 3102 + item 3222 jungle - item 3190 + item 3102 + item 3156 GOD NO WHY ME :(( :((
