rito please address "tattle" reporting

i've recently come to notice that players are going around reporting anyone they dont like or reporting for technically legitimate but petty reasons hoping something sticks the trouble with this is. because of report trolls. neutral players who rage occasionally are being treated unfairly and are getting banned just as quickly as people who are actually toxic it's one thing to report someone who is being constantly negative. however it's another thing for people to go looking for people who slip up and report just to tattle.
