Is toxicity decreasing?

I feel like this is a pretty key question. Riot has been changing reports/reform, overhauling tribunal, increasing bans and punishments, but is toxicity actually decreasing?

Sure, we can have everyone give their limited experiences, but that doesn't tell us anything. Riot needs to post some stats on whether less people are actually being toxic.

I think a good way to determine this is to track average reports/game. Sure, every report doesnt mean that someone was actually doing wrong, but it means that players were unhappy with each other and did not enjoy the game as much as they should have. Ultimately the goal should be to make everyone enjoy the game as much as possible, So tracking amount of reports seems like a good way to tell.

Even if that's not a good indicator, can we get some info on whether all this effort has actually reduced toxicity?

Eating seeds as a past time activity, the toxicity of our city, our city.

They won't give you anything. They have some magical statistics made, they "use" as a "proof" things are better, but nobody outside of Riot ever seen those proofs - on some of those days I wonder if even Lyte ever seen them, heh.

Sure, I think all those extremely offensive phrases got rooted out. You barely see anybody use words like "nigger" (at least on my server) or any jew remarks for example.

Did player behaviour got better? Nope. Censorship means people will - even subconsciously - find a way to work around it.

You can censor, say, "fuck". But people will change "u" with "v" or add a space between any of letters in the word, etc. At the end of the day average Joe can't communicate because "there's a word in Suahili that in English means 'fuck'". I actually used to play a game like that and it wasn't pretty. People well still cursing as if there was no censorship.

PS. Stop using word "toxicity". It has no meaning anymore. Everybody in this game labels everything that they don't like "toxic".

How can a question be downvoted?

"this guys asked a question!? gotta get rid of this kind of attitude, downvote him!"
