Riot Saying They're Looking Into Sandbox Mode While Saying They Don't Want Solo Queue Makes No Sense

In the Riot plz post they even referred to Sandbox as a "training mode". But why would they promote a mode that is to improve your skill while at the same time saying they don't want a queue that reflects that skill? Makes no sense to me at least.

A team with no skill, wont win games. Lol. Quing with 5 isnt an automatic win. In any sport or team game, there are individual drills to improve individual players, benefiting the entire group because they can contribute.
