I am begging to believe that the Tribunal doesn't actually exist at all. How else can you explain the HUGE number of trolls, racists, and all around douchebags in ranked. It is honestly getting to the point that League isn't fun anymore. Literally, every other game I play has someone who intentionally feeds, goes afk, says racist things, or can't play to save their life. Sorry for the rant, but the community needs to get on Riot and have them do something to fix the problem.

Frankly, I wouldn't bother to try. I also don't really see that many. Perhaps it's simply that your experience is not indicative of the norm.

If only 5% of the community is regularly toxic, then on average, literally every other game will have a player who is regularly toxic in it.
Though it's perhaps telling that you group lack of skill as a toxic behavior.

They are doing things to address toxicity. Frankly, I don't understand why anyone would think they aren't.
Tribunal system has been offline since 2013.
