High elo practice 1v1 community

Hello I am a plat V ADC main that is looking for a high elo(diamond+ essentially) community, or at least high elo players to play against. I want players of higher rank than me that can beat me up mainly mechanically so I can practice and get better. I am not looking for 1v1 games for the sake of winning.

Does anyone know of such a community, or is high elo and interested in playing 1v1 games for practice?
