Can we get more constellation markings on Cosmic Reaver Kassadin?

I don't have a PBE account but judging from the skin previews his other abilities could be better if they added the start constellation marking effects on his recall and his Q into his other abilities to continue the theme.

At the moment it feels like an opportunity wasted when you could make that a bigger part of this skin's visuals.
