I kept my calm- won us the game.
Disclaimer*** (The scores are so high because the game went for so long. it looked a lot worse earlier, trust me.)
We were going downhill from the very beginning even though we SHOULD have had the advantage with it being 4v5.
Top Jax fed their Gnar, bad.
Mid Kat didn't feed too much, but jg Rammus fed her laner pretty well early.
Fizz... well my "support" fizz was the textbook definition of a troll player. He fed first blood, purposely playful/trickster'd my cs after I use my abilities to lower all of them for last hitting, he never warded, etc.
So the toxicity began when I called Fizz a troll because it's exactly what he was doing all game ever since it started. (Ik I will probably get a ton of hate and down votes from the boards because I did such a thing, but seriously, look at his score- he did that on purpose.)
I didn't call him bad or anything else, but just continued playing, completely ignoring his insults, but occasionally calling him a troll again here and there and explaining to him why he was a troll.
Then later our glorious Katarina (who was going negative at the time) began trash talking me because apparently she MAINS Varus and I was just doing absolutely garbo-randy according to her standards. Okay, cool.
What did I do? I just continued to farm my lane and protect turret. No biggie. Jax teleports to dragon and then almost instantly dies because he was low hp and Katarina pings the living hell out of me because I wasn't helping.
Well, I COULDN'T have possibly of helped whatsoever given the way things turned out, but all I did was give her a snide response saying. "I was sucking of course" (earlier she said I sucked bad and that I was a total noob) just to spite her. Still, didn't insult her.
So later their Thresh "adc" reconnects (yes they had a silly bot lane as well- almost as bad as my "support" Fizz) and the 5v5's begin happening.
Guess what? I start carrying. I carry so hard, we get turrets, objectives, winning team fights. Katarina randomly says, "You know, one games doesn't define you but lol"
I mean, angry much?
Anyways, in the after game lobby, we reported them and whatever. It's just silly how toxic these people can be, even AFTER you give them a free win. Especially seeing how I never flamed back or what have you. Sigh. This community.
On the flip side, Rammus was cool.
