I'm mad and sad now. They harassed me the entire game, then when i asked the enemy team to report them, they started saying i made racist remarks, which i never did. Unfortunately the enemy team believed them because it was a 2 to 1 argument(The rest of my team never said a word the entire game). With no tribunal I worry for my account.

unless you are getting reported continually you will be fine. Also i think it's frowned upon to ask the other team to report them. They harassed you, report them, unless the other team sees them typing they would have to take your word for it which is generally not a situation you want to get into. Just mute them and report at the end of the game.
