Got a Pentakill, while wearing the Pentakill Morde skin, and the opposing team surrendered after.
This is also, I believe, my FIRST Pentakill in about four years of playing League.

The only pentakill I've ever gotten were in ARAM so naturally they don't count. 
(Though, considering I only play supports and utility-type junglers on the Rift, it isn't surprising.)
I wanna Lux penta one day....that's how i'll know i've made it.
Congrats! My only ranked pentakill happened recently and it was with Rek'sai of all champions. With the Pentakill Morde skin though, that's amazing!

My first penta was on 
. It was so boring. I last hit 4 people with my Q because I had no stacks, and then had a wet noodle fight to get the fifth.
My first penta was with my first time playing on free week... It felt like I had cheated. However, my first RANKED penta was with AP 
, and that felt completely earned! Final kill was bursting down a full-health Tristana while she was in the back of the fountain, in the final second before the inhib exploded! I wish so much that I had a replay of that moment...

I have four so far.
First one was on master yi, so personally I only kinda count that one. Forget how this one happened though.
Second one was on tryndamere. I wasn't particularly fed, but I walked out from behind the enemy team and cleaned up all of their carries right away. Then it was just a matter of chasing down the tank.
Third one was on yasuo. I also don't really count this one as I ended up in a mirror match against someone much less skilled than me so I just got really fed and murdered everything.
Fourth one was on Lucian. Got lucky on the last hits and just played the game well so this is probably the one I am most proud of.
Congrats. I don't think I've gotten a single penta yet, but I did get a bunch of quadras (literally every single quadra, there was one guy left and is killed by one of my teammates, sometimes even on purpose).

I have no penta's but my best was a quad and baron steal..... Not really a steal as it was softened up by the other team and after killing them i just auto attacked it twice
