Depending on the laneswap, Nasus can vary between inconvenienced and completely screwed.

Best Laneswap I've personally done: Vayne Thresh vs Nasus

Most annoying lane swap I've had to play against: Nasus vs KogMaw Zyra (When I didn't have MR Glyphs)

All Nasus can really do against a laneswap is max E first to try and waveclear/CS to preserve his tower and get the occasional stack here and there.
