Should riot be harsher on AFKs?

hey guys. everyone knows afks suck. but i understand people have lives and have to do other things sometimes. but i feel as though people who troll afk aren't being punished enough. granted people probably shouldnt be permabanned unless they do it nonstop. but i feel like if the leaverbuster catches you. they should actually get a suspension rather than a queue timer. because depending on how long they were afk they may not even notice
