How chat restriction has helped me

When i first started this game i was a toxic piece of shit. I'm not even going to lie about it. I ruined peoples games and thought that everyone else was r%%%%%ed. However I might think that about some players now, I don't say it in chat. Chat restriction has helped me not only be less toxic in the game, but also in the real world. It's helped me to just shut up and not react to the ragers in the game. Yes i might have one game every now and then where i just snap but everyone does. You're probably wondering "how did this happen" and i will tell you. I got put on chat restriction a lot. I mean a fucking metric fuck ton. I'd get put on chat restriction and finish my games required and then be back on it immediately. One time i had 150 games in a row on chat restriction with no games in between. The most that i ever got put on with one chat restriction was 60. I thought this was unfair because i believed that everyone in the game was r%%%%%ed and i wasn't. That's when i realized that i was being the r%%%%%ed one and other people weren't. I am proud to say that I have only had one chat restriction this year which had carried over from last year. I have been free to chat and laugh with everyone in the game. Now on to how this helped me in the real world. Once i stopped caring what others thought or said about me in the game, i stopped caring about it in the real world. If someone in the real world were to call me a "fatass gamer scrub", I wouldn't react. However, back then i would've and only had made it worse. So to all those who are reading this and if you're on chat restriction a lot, then you probably deserve it. I didn't think I did but now that I look back I know that I did.
