Which computer to get?

I've made another thread on this 2 days ago, but now I'm curious which one to get.

Computer 1:

Comes with a Keyboard and Mouse but.. only 1TB and 8GB.

Comes with NO Mouse or keyboard but.. Has 2TB and 16GB.

Which one seems like the better buy overall?
