When all those boosted and account buying players end up back at their actual ranks. For all those "plat players" who end up in bronze and won't get out in the coming months. Ignore them, their not Plat.

Dukues1 votesI got it in the preseason :( but was still happy to get in. But yea I know what you mean. Looks like players dropping to silver 4-5 from gold as well :( Back to the grind..... was fun being gold for a month I guess.

Ehhh s5 will be easy to carry. lol Mid silver is a pain in the butt to work with though. Though Gold has kind of degraded to a similar mindset so.... lol
It is good vs people who were boosted or carried but boosted accounts already get penalized in waves. Kinda sucks for the people who worked for their rank. =w= Climbed out of the depth's of "elo hello" last season though. :3 SO I'm not that worried plus I was kinda meh in gold after the changes. =.= So it'll give me more practice ;) Goal is plat this year!
Dukues1 votesI am hoping to get gold on time this season, hopefully the first couple of months. I have always had trouble with silver 2. Took me 8 tries over 2 seasons to get past it but once I was in silver 1 I never dropped down to 0 lp. Thinking it should not be as much of a problem this year. Only problem is right now only people still in silver will be plat/gold players and good silver players. Its nice I guess since teammates should on average be better, little harder to carry though.
I ended season 4 in silver 3 and after season 5 placements I was in silver 5. Won enough games in a row to jump from silver 5 to silver 3. Got into promos right away again but then hit a losing streak :((. Hoping to jump a couple of divs this year and not get stuck in silver 1 or 2 for too long.
Good luck on your goal! Right now mine is gold 2-3. Potentially plat if I am really feeling the immobile mages update that is supposed to take place this year. I love me some lux mid along with other mages.

Many I hit the same snag at s3 -> s2 lol... I actually hit a very similar snag in the preseason when I was trying to climb to g4 =w=...
