Hextech Crafting: Key fragments are almost LESS common than Chests.
The extremely low key fragment "drop rate" is a bit of an issue. What's the point of earning 3 chests if we get a key fragment in 1 out of every 5-6 wins? And we need NINE of them to open the chests? I recently had 2 chests and 0 key fragments. Is this an issue for anyone else?
I think having a higher "drop" rate for key fragments would solve this. That way, it would feel like more of a reward to receive chests (because you can actually open them relatively soon after), AND it would make Hextech Crafting more exciting for everyone because it'd be more usable. It would be a much more successful system if the rewards thereof were more common.
Increasing the maximum amount of chests available would make the overall system more healthy too. Hextech Crafting has the potential to bring a lot more excitement to League but I don't think it's achieving that purpose yet. I don't mean to complain because -- after all -- it's free stuff. But I think Hextech Crafting is worth improving because it has the potential make League of Legends significantly more fun and rewarding.
