It's frustrating that even when Rengar is behind he can instakill people with little to no counterplay. If he gets ahead he can pretty much one shot anybody.
Last game I had a 4-5 Rengar with only Warrior and Tiamat able to kill me (Miss Fortune, 15-2) and my Support (Lulu 0-5-26) both together in about 1.5 seconds. Lulu was fairly tanky and had a fair mix of bonus Health, MR, and AR, and Miss Fortune has the highest defensive stats for ADCs. We both played extremely well and the Rengar didn't do that great but was still able to very easily 1v2 us after Lulu blew her ult.
Not that long before that I almost got one shot by a 1-7 Rengar while I was like 8-1 as Sivir. You'd think being able to block his Bola would significantly lower his damage, but obviously not.
I see Rengar too much where he's far behind and able to burst people down in less than 1 second even if he's fed all game.

A champion like this has no purpose but to kill people, it has no place in society
Just one tip... Tahm kench support works really well vs Rengar. Makes him waste his Ult on the carry and just Save them with "Devour" Leaving him wide open.
