Riot needs to step it up a notch. I've basically quit LoL for Overwatch at this point.

I started playing back in Season 2. I've easily spent $1000+ on LoL since then. I'm Platinum IV and climbing easily enough. But I don't even feel the urge to play League right now.

Overwatch is a lot less stressful and so much less toxic. Shorter games mean I'm not investing such large portions of time all at once - I get to pace myself and do shit I actually need to do. It's not like LoL where you're effectively punished for not wanting to play because you have higher priorities.

EDIT: And I'd really like to know why I'me getting like 50ms ping to NA on Overwatch, but close to 200 to LoL.

The two games are completely different. While they're both categorized as being MOBA's, Overwatch was created as a completely different game. You're basically saying that you don't like League because the games are long and the community is toxic. Wait 3 months. Overwatch will be just as toxic if not more toxic than League.

As for your ping issue that's most likely due to the fact their servers are based in different locations.
