Do what I do! Play exactly enough games to seed into silver 4 (assuming this is for next season), play regs, get a high enough MMR to play with plats and diamonds, actually have FUN with the game not worrying about a free children's video game ranking system, and have fun!

The only reward you get for being silver is a silver border though.
