I have an 80% winrate in the past 20 games, but fed almost every game.

So feeding is now most definitely proven to improve winrates.

Once I went on a 19 game win streak with 95% winrate in the last 20 games. Fiora+Hecarim is godly. I literally can feed like balls and I still would win the game. That pretty much made the entire game boring and now all I play is wukong support because its so ridiculously funny and op.
