Can Miss Fortune get the next Marksman Legendary Skin?

So, basically I have been looking in the store, and I noticed something. A lot of the current adcs of this meta have some sort of Legendary skin (Ezreal has an ultimate).

Marksman that do have a Legendary Skin include:

- Dragon Trainer

- Prime Time

- Star Guardian

- Pulsefire

- Red Baron

- Project

Other marksman have special skins.

(ultimate) -Pulsefire

- (mystic) Soulstealer

- He is part of a Pro team skinline same with

- Victorious skin

Miss Fortune just sorta exists.
