Load Screen Chat?

I've always thought this would be a great idea. More time to coordinate, ask for lane swaps, joke around, etc. Just makes more sense once you get a better idea of where your opponents are heading after you see their summoner spells that you would have an opportunity to coordinate better. Especially considering that by 0:15 into the match you should be heading to your post, so that doesn't leave much time for strategizing.

I'd rather have a Tetris mini-game, especially for if we've got anyone playing on a potato-powered toaster.

i saw somebody post about this, and in a comment there was the idea of once you load into the game you spawn but cant leave base right away, and you would be able to chat with others who have loaded in as well
