Aren't the Pick'Em icons supposed to be given out by now?

I hit 45 points and still haven't gotten mine. The page says they can take up to 3 days after the end of the event to receive them, and today makes 3.

I'm just wondering if I'm an outlying case or if it's a consistent thing. The people I know who have the icon all won it from group stages, so they've had it for a while.
